- Raise your hand (or just listen). Three women per session get live mini-coaching to address something they’re facing.
- Feel safe to be honest, brave the hard stuff and normalize the difficult emotional, professional, and caregiving load women carry.
- Leave with one action step. Not 25 ideas. Just one next action to help you feel more in control this week.
